University Participated in the First International Conference on Technological Innovation of Agricultural Products Processing

Recently, the "2022 First International Conference on Technological Innovation of Agricultural Products Processing" was held in Hefei, Associate Professor Chen Chunxu,   Dr. Wei Lanlan and Dr. Yu Kun from  Anhui Science and Technology University were invited to give three reports: On the Effect and Mechanism of Sialylated IgG Regulating Intestinal Flora to Alleviate IBD, The Application of Functional Composite Nanofibers in Food Safety Detection and Preservation, and the Quality improvement and Digestive Characteristics of low GI Green Tea Sorghum Vermicelli. In-depth exchanges were made on the research progress and trends of agricultural product storage and processing technology at home and abroad, the display of new achievements and the docking of the whole industrial chain, and the development of agricultural product processing industry was sought together.
